Deborah Jones is a change management consultant and coach, with a background in business transformation and innovation. Her focus is on delivering change by positively engaging the people involved.
Deborah specialises in developing and implementing people-focussed change initiatives designed to support business change and innovation. Consulting assignments with Financial Services, Retail, Telco and Advisory Services clients have led her to design development centres for high potential leaders, implement programmes to improve communication and collaboration between teams and facilitate & project manage cultural audits and change programmes. She has also been engaged to launch new products and services to market and imbed innovation processes across multiple teams.
Deborah is a fully accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and has completed the certificate in Systemic Team Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching. She holds an MSc. in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and University of Oxford.
